At work, I spend most of my time thinking about data center infrastructure technology, and hosting service providers. I spent about 10 years working on high-availability and disaster recovery technologies, and built a cloud-based disaster recovery system.

At home, I spend a lot of time watching my kids play softball and perform in pop cover bands. My wife and I spend a lot of time talking about how much we miss San Diego.

In my scarce downtime, I am learning how to be a data scientist.
